About the IJMRSS

This Multidisciplinary International Journal aims to focus on the exchange of relevant trends and research results as well as the presentation of practical experiences gained while developing and testing elements of technology enhanced learning. So it aims to bridge the gaps between pure academic research journals and more practical publications.

It provides an outlet for research findings and reviews in areas of Management, Business Studies and allied areas of Social Sciences found to be relevant for national and international development. The aim and scope of the journal is to provide an academic medium and an important reference for the advancement and dissemination of research results that support high-level learning, teaching and research.

It is an open access, international journal with a primary objective to provide the academic community and industry for the submission of original research and applications related to Management, Business Studies and allied areas of Social Sciences domain. The quarterly journal is intended, in its publications, to stimulate new research ideas and foster practical application from the research findings. The journal publishes original research, Original articles, Case studies, Critical reviews and surveys in basic and applied research of such high quality as to attract contributions from the relevant local, regional and international communities.

It is designed to serve an audience of academic researchers and educators, as well as business professionals, by publishing both theoretical and empirical research relating comparative and cross-cultural management, risk management, organizational behaviour, and human resource management, among others. IJMRSS also solicits literature reviews and critiques that include a guide for improved theory and international management research as well as contributions that advances educational methodology in the range of international social science fields.
